Since April of 2003 Oddessey has been the virtual home of many wonderful residents. The residents who come to chat and contribute to this virtual community do so thanks to the skills and efforts provided by some of the worlds most elite world builders.
Here you will find wonderful and engaging chat, trivia games, role playing games, contests, and much, much more. Or you may just want to relax in the comfort of your 3D home with a friend. Either way, you will enjoy!
Much of the wonderful 3d art enjoyed by the residents has been created by the residents themselves.
Oddessey has evolved to become the first open source VRML based community. The worlds, objects and your 3d avatars are all created standards based VRML, and the source code for worlds and objects are available to freely download and modify for submission into the community.
